What Causes Sweating And Pain In Lungs While Breathing?

Hi Doctor I have been told over the last few months that have severe lung disease and after a scan on my lungs They saw something on my lungs which they have told me they to keep a eye on it this has me worried could it be cancer ? I have inhalers that help a bit but what worries is the sweating and the pain in my lungs when I breadth in and out
