What Causes Sweating And Shortness Of Breath While On Methylprednisolone?

I am taking Methylprednisolone due to pain in the right leg & thigh for 4 days now and this morning, I Just waken up sweating and shortness of breath. I took my blood pressure and it read 156/97. I took my high blood pressure pills in the morning- Losartan 50 mg. Now I am feeling a little bit better. Is this one of the reactions this painkiller medicine causes to my body?

It is not related to Methylprednisolone.

Consult a physician and get evaluated to rule out cardiac causes.
