What Causes Sweating In The Armpit Having Bad Odor?

Hi, I have normal armpit sweating but there's an extreme odor. I have undergone inaba surgery but it just lessen my sweating. The odor is still the same. My doctor repeats the procedure with liposuction of my armpit sweat glands. And again I'm still sweating a bit but the odor stays the same. Now, I am having large stitches in my armpit and some mass and bumps in the surgical area. I'm on my third week of my second surgery and still painful. Please help.. I need to know how to stop this odor :-(
P.S. I am hygienically clean. I am taking a bath 2-3 times a day. Even my back sweat smells sour..
