What Causes Sweating While Eating When Diagnosed With Medulloblastoma?

I sweat after I eat most things and I do not like hot and spicy foods so please do not tell me that I am sweating from eating hot and spicy foods. I do not have any health issues. Though I had a medulloblastoma about 13 years ago to which I do not suffer any complications that I am aware of other than thin hair and sweat almost every time I eat. I am not worried about it, I am just curious as to what is causing it and because it is uncomfortable to be in a public place and start sweating. The sweating only increases as I keep eating. I will literally look like I just went on a mile jog in 90 degree weather, but all I did was eat a peanut butter sandwich.
