What Causes Swelling Above Eyelids After Taking Penicillin And Fucidin?

I've recently just finished a course of penicillin for treating severe case of infertigo!
I had 4x a day 500mg & fucidin/betnevate cream. I finished the course 2 days ago,& the hand has healed nice, but today I've got severe swollen eyes(both)top eyelids extremely sore but not itchy eyes....& the light is to painful to look at?is all this a sideeffects of the medicines ? I work at a primary school !
