What Causes Swelling And Bloating In Upper Abdomen Radiating To Rectum?

I have pain in my left flank and side just under the rib cage. I have swelling or bloating and the pain continues down the left side to the bladder and lower bowel area. the bladder area and bowel is more of a sore feeling than a pain. Please help
