What Causes Swelling And Bruising In Hip Along With Headache?

I fell on the ice last night and hit my head pretty hard. I couldn t sleep last night and my heads been pounding all day without ease. I ve taken 5 bc s and 4 I buprofin. My neck is sore and stiff. My hip is still swollen and bruised but it s my head I m worried about it still hurts when u touch it. Should I be worried?
