What Causes Swelling And Bruising In Penis After An Injury?

I heard a loud "popping sound" and my penis has become swollen, and totally black all around the right side. I think a vein has burst in my penis on the right side of the shaft. It is turning black up into my lower stomach area as well, and the bag is super sensitive and sore, as well as being black also. It feels as though the bag is also filled with blood too and it hurts too... do I need to see a doctor? I am unfortunatey in a foreign country at the moment. Will this heal on its own?
