What Causes Swelling And Bruising On Labia Minora After An Injury?

I was riding my bike and fell onto the pole. I have swelling that is hard on the right labia minora. I am icing, but the swelling has only gone down a little. If the ice is removed, the area swells again. As well the skin is turning into bruise like colors. Should I continue icing or get it checked out
