What Causes Swelling And Bumps On Labia Majora?

hi, a few days ago i had lump on my right labia majora. Soon as that went away, i noticed a knot on my inner leg and today notice my labia majora was swollen red and had 2 bumps on it. It hurts when I walk and sit down. What is it? How can I get rid of it
