What Causes Swelling And Constant Pain In The Underside Of My Penis?

underside of my penis hurts and is swollen. pain kind of constant, but only because area is constantly being touched by testicles and such. doesnt hurt when pee or ejaculate. swelling getting progressively worse and cannot see a doctor until 345 tomorrow. please help me to self diagnose this or give me some kind of help.
