What Causes Swelling And Discolouration Of Ring Finger In Right Hand?

The ring finger on my right hand suddenly swells and turns blue on the bottom of palm side. It is not painful but does spread to the top. I researched it and appears to be achenbachs syndrome ?I have had it happen twice now in a month, not doing anything out of the ordinary
