What Causes Swelling And Hair Loss In Eyebrows Plus Numbness On Face?

I just noticed last night that I ve lost some eyebrow hair and that my brows are puffy/a bit swollen. I also have numbing on my face (forehead, temples and around brows and now the chin too) In addition I have small bumps & rash sporadically around my face, and for the last few months have had a small bald patch by my hairline directly above my nose/middle of brows. My allergies also seem to be very active right now... to much pollen (sumac, olive tree, desert winds) where I live. My blood test results from last month showed no hyper thryoid and everything else was good. what could it be?
