What Causes Swelling And Inflammation In Nares After Taking Oflomac Oz?

Hi doctor, I am Laila, 37-year-old, I had met with a sinus surgery on January 28th. After 20 days I suffered from severe cold symptoms and nasal drainage of yellow sputum. I consulted my doctor he prescribed oflomac oz 200 mg tablets for 5 days. But after 5 days , my nares are swelled with reddish color, there are two bulges in my both nostrils it is very painful too. I then take oflomac 400 tablets without the prescription of my doctor. Now pain is lessened, but bulging is there in my nostrils. It is now three days I am taking the oflomac 400, but I am now suffering from sideeffects of sleeplessness and some nighmares. Can I stop this medication now?. Thanking you, hoping a reply soon.
