What Causes Swelling And Irritation On Vaginal Lips?

Hello, I use the Nuva Ring, and am just finishing up a dose of antibiotics from an ingrown toenail. My vagina was feeling irritated for a couple of days, but wasn't convinced it was a yeast infection. Now I wish that's all it was!! I bought the 1-day treatment and now my labia is super swollen and very uncomfortable...
What's happening? Will it go away? Do I go to the ER or make an appt. with my gyno? Help! I am scared and confused and would appreciate professional advice.
