What Causes Swelling And Itching In Clitoris?

Hi, I have swelling and itchiness on the prepuce of my clitoris. the swelling seemed to have increased over a day and more itchiness. I checked recently there is no yeast infection. currently I am fighting a common cold and had a bit of a diarrhea. is there anything to be concerned about the swelling?
