What Causes Swelling And Itching In The Labia Minora?

My labia minora is swollen only on the right side. I had a pimple like bump there a week ago an mashed it. Then the itching burning and soreness begn on the inside of the labia minora. My doctor said my vagina looks fine and put me on an antibiotic and something for herpes. I do not have herpes! I is vey painful just to wipe after going to the bathroom
