What Causes Swelling And Itching Of Labia?

My labia is very swollen from one side only due to some itching i had caused by what i believe to be a yest infection because i was taking a lot of antibiotics.. It doesnt hurt or itch anymore but is very swollen. Im at work and i dont know if i should leave and go to the doctor or if there is just something i can put on please help
