What Causes Swelling And Numbness In Lower Lip Along With Pain In Joints?

I ve been sick with flu like symptoms (coughing up mucus, headache, joint and muscle pain, loss of smell and taste) for 3-4 days now. Now i have kind of a numb feeling in my lover lip and it feels a little swollen, but not noticeable in the mirror. Is it anything to be worried about og do you think it will pass when i get rid of the flu?
