What Causes Swelling And Orange Tan Color In Face In The Morning?

In the morning when I wake up my face is slightly swollen and a orange tan color that goes away after I am up for a while??? I am female and I am 57 years old, 5'6' and about 175 pounds. (I have a bootie, and I am top heavy with lot of muscles, no rolls) Thank you
