What Causes Swelling And Pain After Sunburn?

I got a pretty bad sunburn on my chest, breast area. In the middle of both of by breast right under the sunburn, I have swelling. My chest is still stinging and I have had this burn since monday night. I am not sure to be overly concerned or not with the swelling which maybe lymph nodes?
