What Causes Swelling And Pain In Ankles And Legs?

i dont have money right now butfeeling weird all day slight dizzy am 43 220 weight, took bp it was 136/94 and my ankles are kind of swollen, my leg and anke ached all day yesterday. so the np at my job said i may be having a tia or bleeding in the brain she said to go to my dr. when i can or tonight i want to go home and lay down
