What Causes Swelling And Pain In Breasts?

i have had almost all of the pregnancy symptoms for over a week now, my boobs hurt SOOOO BAD and have been really swollen, but i statred bleeding today. My period was due yesterday. I still have the same symptoms....I have never had pms/cramping or anything with my period. I am 31 years old. please help.... : (
