What Causes Swelling And Pain In Foot?

Hi, I kicked a stall door pretty hard and my foot got very swollen but it didn't hurt when I walked on it. A couple days ago I kicked another stall and now my foot is still swollen and it hurts when I touch my inner arch. It's been like this for a week and now my heel to my big toe is swollen. Should I see a doctor about it or just let it heal?
