What Causes Swelling And Pain In Jaw With White Sores Inside The Cheeks?

hii, im having swelling and pain at the jaw connection. when i tried checking whats wrong there is a swelling with a little opening and its yellowish in colour, i even found round really small sores white in colour inside the cheek as well, any idea what it could be
