What Causes Swelling And Pain In Labia Minora?

i have a swollen labia minora and its very painful. I cant get comfortable, I am very red down there. It hurts to use the bathroom. This has happen to me once before while i was pregnant...but now its starting to happen tome again. It is very embrassing.
