What Causes Swelling And Pain In Mid Arm?

I have swelling and pain left mid arm was told inflammatory capabilities but shoulder not painful.I have aortic aneurysm at root being monitored.how do I know if not a connection to something like brachial arteritis.history of temporal arteritis 7 years ago
