What Causes Swelling And Pain In Stretch Marks On Abdomen?

I am 56 i haave had 6 kids grew quite large many stretch marks. for the past 4 weeks I have worrm like swollen stretch marks very painful hard spots to lie hard fat it changes My marks remind me on worms and are bright red also my belly button which has always been normal almost swollen shut in shape like a diamond. Please.... have you heard of this
