What Causes Swelling And Pain In Testicle?

Hello, I m a 35 year old male, who is suffering pain and swelling in my right testicle. I looked up the anatomy of the testicles and it seems as if its the epididimys. I think it s important to mention that I beleieve that it may be due to my masturbation habits. When in stressful situations I tend to masturbate as much as 3-6 times a day. I was in such a situation that i started feeling pain in my testicle, and yet, I continued masturbating. Now i ve had pains a swelling since. its been almost three months since this pain started and everytime I masturbate the pain and swelling return. can U help me? thank you
