What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Lower Right Leg?

My right leg from my knee down is very tight, and swollen. It hurts very much to bend my leg or even walk . The pain is so bad that I have ice packs under my knee and on the font leg, I have ice on my knee. I measured both legs and the right leg is 2 inches bigger than the left one. What do you think it is?
