What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Toe?

Hi, two days a go i noticed a pimple like spot on my toe next to my big toe. It looks like a pimple or a bite. there is a white tip and around the tip it is hard. It is very painful and cannont be popped. It is swollen and my whole toe is red. what do i do?
