What Causes Swelling And Popping In Vagina Post Treatment For Thrush?

I have been treated for thrush for the last month but I'm still very swollen and the inside is still popping out I have no discharge and it doesn't itch I'm female and getting very worried as my doctor doesn't listen to me just gives me another tablet and cream to take
