What Causes Swelling And Red Spots On Face?

So today after I changed for a sport in my school's restroom I had to use the bathroom. I had been bending over my bag a lot so I could feel the blood that had rushed to my face a bit. I was in a hurry but I had to use the bathroom (let it all out, if y'know what I mean), and did a lot of hard squeezing, per say. Afterward I could tell that my face felt funny (a bit swollen), and when I looked in the mirror I had many red spots all over my face. They're widespread, many tiny dots around the eyes and small blotches on cheeks, chin, and forehead. Nothing on nose or upper lip. I didn't/don't feel dizzy and my head doesn't hurt. I played my sport as normal. But it's over 6 hours later and the spots haven't faded much. What happened and when/how will the spots fade?
