What Causes Swelling And Redness In Eyes Along With Weakness And Fatigue?

Hi my name is Lucca, I have been feeling weaker, fatigued, and my eyes lids are red and swollen as are my sinuses and lips for about 3 weeks now. I just took my tympanic temp and it s 95.4 F. My normal for me is about 97.9 F. Should I be concerned about this and call my doctor?
