What Causes Swelling And Severe Cramps Post Tubectomy?

my tubes have been tied for 9 years. My period come 10 day late every other month with a heavy flow, servere cramps and extreme bloating that people that I see on the daily basis tells me that my stomach is swollen. What can I do to controll this problem ?
