What Causes Swelling And Sore On The Left Side Of Inner Labia?

my left side of my inner labia is slightly swollen and very sore and red, theres also two little bumps which also hurt when theres pressure there. it also stings/burns when i urinate. i also think i have more dicharge aswell. its very uncomfortable moving around too, someone please help? im worried about this.
