What Causes Swelling And Tingling On The Tongue?

Last night my tongue got swollen and started tingling along with numbness and tingling in my body. My throat hurts and my neck and chin are numb off and on. I'm on medications but the one that they changed recently I've been taking for three days and no sign of an allergic reaction until now. Is it possible that I'm having an allergic reaction?
