What Causes Swelling And Yellowish Discharge From Vagina After Delivery?

hi, i am a 24 year old female. two months back i had a normal delivery. but i have not yet recovered fully. still there is a black spot inside my vagina.i think its a stitch. moreover i am getting a yellow discharge from my vagina.In addition inside of my vagina is like swollen. It seems there is a little bit of growth. So should i go for cauterization?
