What Causes Swelling Around Eye While Having VKH?

Hi Dr I am a 27 year old female who has recently been diagnosed with VKH, a rare eye disease. I notice an increase in eye pressure and swelling around the eye whenever I run. I wonder whether this could this be attributed to vigorous exercise or is this likely just a coincidence?
