What Causes Swelling Around The Temples Along With Double Vision In Eyes?

yes thank you my cousin was held up in the bathroom for 3 days being beat by her boyfriend when we finally got in contact with her to find out where she was we was able to get her. the left side of her face where he beat her so bad and its black and blue and around the temples swollenand she s complaining with a major headache her eyes is falling down like something like a lazy eye would she is in an out if she sits still.
