What Causes Swelling Below Ear?

Sir, here is swelling right below at the ear loop on face side (Left Side). This is fifth time it appears on same location. i have used Anti Biotech (Liconin, Augmantan, Biflocine, Rockotin etc) as its treatment. Last time, i had a surgery by injection. (Doctor used a srinj to Pull some material from it and filled it up with some anti-biotech). i also contected with a JARAH. He says to operate (Cut) it, but i m not satisfied. as it is on crucial place. I can also send you the pictures of this. Please look into on priority!
