What Causes Swelling Below Knee And Tingling Sensation Behind Knee?

Sometimes there is a fullness or a tingle at the back of my knee or other locations along my leg. I am 78 and wear knee high stockings, but remove them at every opportunity. I read with leg elevated. Some swelling of both legs below the knee which lessens when I walki plenty which I try to do. Any advice? Mary Campbell
