What Causes Swelling, Burning And Itching In Clitoris?

I am 40 years old and have never had this before. My clitoris is swollen rock hard and above is slightly swollen (the hood area). The area around it is a little iritated a little burn and itch but not out of control like yeast inefection but not red or anything. Its the weekend so doctors in...what can I do? Should I be worried
