What Causes Swelling In Armpit And Above Collarbone?

I am female and 35 years old. I have swelling that started in my armpit and just above my collarbone(where a lymph-node is located) and constant, non-stop pain in these locations and the pain is also in my breast. It is only on the right side of my body(I am left handed) and has been getting slowly worse over the past year. I occasionally have night sweats and feel very tired quite often. I ve been tested for lymphoma but it showed no abnormal lymph-nodes, lyme disease, mono, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus,(I did have a positive ana) breast cancer and have had numerous blood tests. The mammogram and ultrasound showed cysts in my breasts and a slight swelling but otherwise normal lymph-nodes. Some times I have a slightly high white blood count other times everything is normal. I have slightly high blood pressure and take 10mg of lisinopril a day. I was told it could be a pinched nerve and muscle spasms because I have hyper-mobile joints, however after taking a muscle relaxer for 2 weeks there was no improvement. I don t know if it is related but I have a strange rash that looks a bit like ringworm and this rash comes and goes on different parts of my torso but I never have more than 1 roundish patch at a time. I m supposed to have yet another ct with contrast on Monday but don t feel like this is going to help and I am desperate for an answer or any insight as to what can be causing this condition and how to treat it.
