What Causes Swelling In Cheeks And Nose Post Botox And Restylane Injections?

Good morning. I am presently taking plaquinil 200mg and synthroid .112mg daily. I had Botox and rystalene 14months ago and had pain around the injection sites and extreme swelling of the cheeks and nose. Is this a result of the medication?
