What Causes Swelling In Eye Along With Double Vision And Dizzy Spells?

Just had a dizzy spell which then added double vision. Never had this before . My left eye felt enlarged. Then it left lasted maybe a minute still feeling a little sick to my stomach now. Thoughts on what could have caused it. No changes In diet and slept 6-8 hours last night
