What Causes Swelling In Eyes After A Head Injury?

Hello. I fell on concrete over the weekend. The right side of my head hit the concrete on a driveway. My eye, nose, cheek and teeth were affected, as well as minor cuts on my right knee and arm. The swelling on my right eye went down considerably. My primary concern is the nerve from my eye lid down to my teeth. Any information on this nerve would be appreciated.
