What Causes Swelling In Face After Taking Birth Control Pills?

two months ago i took some pills for a week that were suppose to make my breast bigger. an herbal sublement... a week later i woke up after taking my birthcontrol pill for the first time in a week and my face was swollen... and today it is still swollen. i took a week steroid pack from my doctor and it is better but still really swollen ... HELP
