What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles Along With Tenderness In Breasts?

I am 45 years old and suddenly I have been having swelling in the feet, ankles, and breasts. My breasts are swollen and very tender to touch. When I take my bra off they hurt. My ankles and feet have been swelling and by the end of the night the swelling starts to go up my legs. I have gained 25 pounds in the past month and a half but have not really changed my eating habits. I have always been around 130 and now around 155.
