What Causes Swelling In Feet And Arms Along With Severe Pain?

I have RA , which is started since 2 weeks ago, my whole body swalen , specially my both feet and my both arm fingers, it hurts crazy , taking regular arthoratic 75 mg, also night pain sleep tylonal, but it helps for reducing pain still night time it get worst can t walk, any suggestion?
